Thanks Again Steve for a Great Job

A few weeks ago my granddaughter was looking to purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 V8 truck. I took the truck to Cottman on ward road. He put in on the rack and check everything, I was surprised at how thorough he was. Also he check for any code errors. He stated the truck was in great shape. Of Course my granddaughter was very happy. The fee he charged was very reasonable. Thanks again Steve for a great Job.

The Most Painless Experience

Cannot praise this place enough! Stan was very polite and professional dealing with my car’s issues. He ran a complementary diagnostics test and helped me figure out the root of my car’s problems. Stan took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car on a level that I could understand. (that’s huge considering I don’t know anything the happens under the hood!) The staff were all polite and friendly. They even gave my dog a bowl of water and offered me refreshments while I waited. The costs and procedures were explained BEFORE anything was done to my car. This was probably the most painless experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I highly recommend trusting these guys with your vehicle.

Happy with Their Honesty

My husbands car broke down on his way to work, the car wasn’t able to go forward or backwards luckily Cottman transmission was not far from were the car left him. They were able to diagnose and figure it wasn’t the transmission at all but another problem that we were aware of an just got bigger. They were totally able to handle it and got the car going in the same day. Overall I’m really happy with their honesty and the price was very fair compared to wat other mechanics quoted us. We are very happy with their service the staff was so nice HONEST (it’s so hard to find places that tell the truth) we will definitely be going back if needed.
